Please note that menschelseaboots.com only accepts returns of products that are in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact and undamaged. This ensures that the items remain suitable for resale or proper processing of exchanges, if applicable.

Once your returned items are received and inspected to confirm they meet our return criteria, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that the return has been accepted. Following this confirmation, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase—for example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card; if you used a debit card, the funds will be returned to your bank account.

Additionally, any membership coupons or reward points that were applied to the original purchase will be reactivated and linked back to the email address associated with your account, ensuring you retain access to these benefits. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds are subject to the processing timelines of your credit card issuer, which may cause slight delays beyond our control.
